     Sidegra 100mg. สายพันธ์ุไทย ผลิตโดยองค์การเภสัชกรรมของไทย และมีอ.ย.รับรองใช้ตัวยา Sildenafil Citrate เป็นส่วนผสม โดยองค์การเภสัชกรรม ได้ผลิตออกมา 2 ขนาด คือ ขนาด 50 MG และ100 MG โดย Sidegra เป็นยาขยายหลอดเลือด ช่วยแก้ไขปัญหาให้กับผู้ที่อวัยวะเพศไม่แข็งตัว แข็งตัวไม่เต็มที่ อ่อนตัวกลางคัน ใช้รักษาผู้ที่มีปัญหาหย่อนสมรรถภาพทางเพศ (ED)

วิธีรับประทาน
ใช้รับประทานครั้งละ 1 เม็ด ก่อนทำกิจกรรม 15-20 นาที
หากต้องการให้ยาทำงานได้เร็วขึ้น สามารถเคี้ยวและรับประทานร่วมกับน้ำอุ่น เพื่อเร่งการทำงานของตัวยาได้
สำหรับท่านที่ยังไม่เคยรับประทาน แนะนำให้รับประทานก่อน 1/2 เม็ด หากภายในครึ่งชั่วโมง ยังไม่เห็นผลให้รับประทานเพิ่มอีก 1/2 เม็ด
แนะนำให้รับประทานตอนท้องว่าง ยาจะถูกดูดซึมได้ดีที่สุด และได้ผลดี ตัวยาออกฤทธิ์นาน 4-6 ชม. ทั้งยังช่วยควบคุมการหลั่ง ให้ท่านสามารถทำกิจกรรมได้นานยิ่งขึ้น
สามารถต่อรอบและเพิ่มรอบได้ ด้วยการทำงานของยาเพียง 1 เม็ดเท่านั้น
ไม่ควรรับประทานพร้อมเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ เนื่องจากจะไปลดประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของยา ทำให้ประสิทธิภาพของยาลดลง
ผลข้างเคียง
อาการที่อาจพบได้บ่อยคือ หน้าแดง ร้อนวูบวาบ ปวดศีรษะ คลื่นไส้ ตาพร่ามัวหรือมองเห็นแสงสีฟ้าสีเขียว หรือ อวัยวะเพศแข็งตัวนานเกินไป ซึ่งเป็นอาการข้างเคียงทั่วไปของตัวยา Sildenafil หากมีอาการข้างเคียงที่รุนแรงนอกเหนือจากนี้ ควรรีบปรึกษาแพทย์ทันที อาการข้างเคียงอาจไม่ได้เกิดขึ้นกับทุกคน บางคนอาจไม่เกิดผลข้างเคียงใดๆ ทั้งนี้ขึ้นอยู่กับสภาพร่างกาย อายุและกิจวัตรของผู้ใช้
คำเตือน
ยานี้ไม่ใช่ยากระตุ้นอารมณ์ทางเพศ
การรับประทานร่วมกับเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์  จะทำให้อัตราการดูดซึมของตัวยาเข้าสู่กระแสเลือดลดไปถึง 50%-70%
ไม่ควรใช้กับผู้ป่วยที่มีโรคประจำตัว เช่นโรคหัวใจ ตับ ไต และความดันโดยเฉพาะความดันโลหิตต่ำ
ห้ามใช้ยานี้ในผู้ที่เป็นโรคหัวใจ ที่ใช้ยาขยายหลอดเลือดกลุ่มไนเตรต  เพราะอาจถึงตายได้
ไม่ควรใช้กับผู้ที่มีอาการเจ็บหน้าอก หรือ หอบเหนื่อยง่าย หรือมีอาการหน้ามืดและเป็นลมบ่อยๆ
ห้ามใช้ยานี้เกินวันละ 1 ครั้ง และไม่ควรทานกันติดต่อกันทุกวัน
ห้ามใช้ยานี้ในเด็กและสตรี ผู้ที่เป็นโรคตับ หรือโรคไต
ห้ามใช้ยานี้ร่วมกับยารักษาโรคหย่อนสมรรถภาพทางเพศอื่นๆ
หากมีอาการผิดปกติเช่น ความผิดปกติทางสายตา ปวดกระดูก เจ็บหน้าอก ใจสั่น หัวใจเต้นผิดปกติ  เหงื่อออกมาก เหนื่อยเป็นลม ให้รีบพบแพทย์ทันที
การได้รับยาเกินขนาดและวิธีการรักษา
     อาการแสดง
จากการศึกษาในอาสาสมัครสุขภาพดีโดยให้ซิลเดนาฟิลในขนาดสูงถึง 800 มิลลิกรัมครั้งเดียว พบว่าอาการไม่พึงประสงค์เกิดขึ้นในลักษณะคล้ายครึ่งกับที่พบเมื่อให้ซิลเดนาฟิลในขนาดต่ำ แต่อุบัติการณ์ในการเกิดอาการไม่พึงประสงค์ของการได้รับยาในขนาดสูงพบมากกว่าการได้รับยาในขนาดต่ำ
     การรักษา
     ในรายที่ได้รับยาเกินขนาดให้ทำการรักษาแบบประคับประคองตามอาการที่เกิดขึ้น การล้างไตไม่ช่วยเร่งการขจัดยาซิลเดนาฟิลออกจากร่างกาย เนื่องจากยานี้จับกับโปรตีนในพลาสมาสูง และถูกขับออกทางปัสสาวะน้อย
การเก็บรักษา

• ควรเก็บเอาไว้ในที่ร่ม หรือไม่ให้โดนแดดที่อุณหภูมิต่ำกว่า 30 เซลเซียส
• เก็บให้พ้นมือเด็ก
